Knowing that our days are numbered before the snow hits, Becky and I wanted to get a long one in on Saturday....we started at the top of South Fork and went to the mouth of Provo Canyon...I drove back up this afternoon to try to capture it for you Josh, but its not the same...the sun was rising yesterday and the way the light hit the trees as it came up over the mountain was indescribable. Today is was raining and foggy...but you can still see the colors. Yesterday I loved myself for being a runner. I wanted the whole world to get to share in the beauty...but oddly...not while I was there...I loved it that it was just me and Becky and the strange car every now and again--and a few wild turkeys! Today it reminded me Josh of when we were in Germany together last year...NEXT year when I take these runs and pictures you will ALMOST be back in my arms.
We pass this cabin every time and I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE that this family named their cabin GO AWAY...for all of its meanings....
Nat It was a dream come true for me on Sat. You won't believe this! I drove up the next day too and took pics for Nate. We should have gone together! You're right. There's nothing like running it! XOXO
My GOD is in the next room, cooking unseen feasts and humming.

I devote the rest of my days to acts of loving kindness. I help those whom God has placed in my path. I will be as loving as I can, as often as I can, for as many people as I can, for as long as I live. Here if you need me. (Kate Braestrup)
Instead of FEAR, I feel INSPIRED. Instead of overwhelmed, I feel the excitement of the possibilities.
I learn ways to replace FEAR with LOVE.

We become what we love...so nothing will affect your life more than whom and what you choose to love. Matthew Kelly
I wish someone else would fill this out...I'd love to see what others see when it comes to me(ok, maybe not). I LOVE my family, I love being home. I love to cook, garden, read, run, do family history, study, eat, quilt, play the piano, plan and have parties with friends, being warm-- the sun on my skin, my hands/body in hot water. I love the change of seasons, tulips in the Spring, annuals in the summer, pumpkins in the fall and soup & fresh bread from the oven in the winter.I LOVE my life. I LOVE babies and children and teenagers and adults. I love people. And if you're reading this, I'd bet that I LOVE YOU!!!!!
