GrandDad will be here tomorrow...each year I have THE HARDEST time coming up with a gift for him...SOOOOoooo..HELP!?! Any ideas...He is 89... and it can't be cologne, ties, clothes,...ugh.
Might I just add that it is FREEZING here? And the miniscule snow fall we got yesterday is no where to be seen...wind blew it away I guess, but it surely didn't melt.

If he has a DVD player and TV in his room...how bout one of the "I Love Lucy" seasons? My kids love it and watch it again and again??? (We have all the seasons)
OR...the "clapper" for his lamps in his room?
OR a mini coffee maker for his room? One that the time can be set on it...with a bag of his favorite coffee etc..
OR a walking stick for him when he takes a walk (if you let him!)
I'll keep thinking....but we can help pay for whatever you decide!! :)

How about a book of pictures of the family? Something like that he could look at for hours?
Costco has some pretty nice sophisticated Jackets for men! What about hickory farms meats and cheeses? or see's chocolates?
