I'm in love! I just got this GARMIN forerunner running "watch"?...I don't know what you call it...a trainer maybe? It sinks up with a satellite when I start it and measures how far I've run, how fast I'm running, how long I've run, calcuates my calories and average speed...if I want to run 8 minute miles I can program it to beep at me when I fall below pace!!! How COOL is this thing? I had the BEST run with it this morning! Next week I will be running at GrandDads and need to take a long training run and I won't have to go drive a course to measure the miles! I'll just sink up to the satellite and off I go! I can go anywhere in the world and it will sink up to the satellite! The world we live in is just too wonderful sometimes.
