Sam's double header in the rain and freezing cold!!!

Actually...this was Friday's game at Lone Peak...it was fun for Sam to see his old traveling league buddies...he just wished that they were still all on the same team. This weather has been NUTS!!! The wind and rain make it not so much fun....then Saturday morning I had him at the Provo field at 9:30---it was raining and 38 degrees...the coaches kept them there until the game start time of 11 out in the weather 9under a pavillion---and then hitting whiffle balls in the rain until 11:25 when they decided to go ahead and play. WHAT CRAZIES!!!! FINALLY In the second game they called it...it was 3:30 and I had already been in the car for an hour watching from there. Sam's hitting is not up to par...but it'll come....his pitching is phenomenal!!! This team has no idea what SLAMMIN' SAMMY can hit...I'm excited for when he unleashes it....
