She is REAL!

This is a woman in our Crossfit.....what the heck.....I'm still cranking out my push ups on my knees......and my sister in law with the abs?? She just WON the women's division in a race yesterday and has NOT been RUNNING to train...only crossfit. I've got a testimony...I just need to quit cooking---with the logic that if I don't cook I won't eat??? I look at this woman and all I can think of is a four letter word .........GEEZ:)

She looks amazing! When you are ready try to forget your time or your reps and just do as many full plank push up's as you can and then move to your knee's. You will build your strength up so you can always do them. Same with pull up's or anything else, go with the harder band or the harder weight for as many reps as you can and then go to the easier weight. Once I forgot about the stats and just worked on the strength is when I really started to be able to do the harder stuff!
