THANK YOU MICHAEL KANE!!!!

These are Glutten FREE and pretty much a bit of heaven in your mouth...especially if you are Gluten intolerant.
This weekend Michael turned me on to THE ALLERGEN-FREE BAKER'S HANDBOOK by Cybele Pascal and already we sing praises to this woman. Michael had already done the experimenting and told me to use the  Authentic Food's/Bette's GOurmet Featherlight Rice Flour Blend. To have success the first go round is such a sweet encouragement. I mean...LOOK at the crinkles!! Even the texture is as good as the taste! God bless pioneers in EVERY area of our life!
