Another Mr. Viking pageant...these are always a highlite of the year. You go knowing you are going to laugh until your sides hurt. You get to see all these boys you've known practically since birth let loose. The theme this year was "Dr. LOVE"...the skits and videos take the cake...One of my favorites was "THE GOSHFATHER"..anyway,These VIKING boys never disappoint. We were pleased that Chad (Clayson)won Mr. Congeneality and that Dave (Chester) won the 1st Attendant. Josh was in Chad's skit. It's going to be sad when they graduate and are off to their real lives. They spend so much time in our home and then one day in June it tappers off dramatically and then by Fall its seldom that we see them. It's NOT NICE to do to a mom. We've had that happen twice before and it leaves a hole...thank heavens we have other kids who keep filling the gap...but in 6 years there won't be any other kids left to fill the gap...then WHAT? I'm willing to bet I'll STILL be going to the pageant.
