Well...these two NICE guys (I actually mean this sincerely) had to tow and impound Michael's car for a HEFTY fee since he left it in the WRONG parking lot while working on it...Michael was being his own mechanic (I'm impressed ---and they were too). He made the right diagnosis and was headed in the right direction for getting it fixed, he just didn't see the sign that said he'd get it towed if he left it there. A hefty fee later, and a confirmed diagnosis, we had to leave his car in their adjoining lot until today when he can go fix it. He's got SKILLS. He thinks he has bad luck. I think it went about as well it could go to have such nice people be so willing to help even though they couldn't help having to do their job. Parking in Provo can be brutal near the University.
